Together with investors we buy, renovate and manage real estate in Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Enschede. These purchased apartments are converted into furnished, high-quality student residences. We rent out all the realized real estate through our own RoomPlaza platform.
During the RoomPlaza booking process, assistance is needed to find international tenants to rent the apartments. To help us find international tenants during the summer, RoomPlaza is looking for support in the booking department. Prior to the new academic year, several thousand international students will book +/- 400 rooms in Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam which are available for rent via RoomPlaza. These international students need to be supported and supervised during the various steps of the
RoomPlaza booking process.
You will be the first point of contact for the international tenants during the booking process. Part of this role is answering questions of the incoming international students and set up online screenings. On top of that, you will have a supporting role in the customer service department. Being the main point of contact for the current tenants renting rooms, is part of this role.
Together with the RoomPlaza team you will set up online marketing campaigns during the summer to find new tenants and increase brand awareness of RoomPlaza. Finally, at the end of the booking periods, you’ll support development & management of new & current apartments from the office. You can think of support in operational
activities and in managing the current and new apartments in development.

● You speak, read and write Dutch and English fluently
● You have a valid drivers licence
● You live in or around Amsterdam
