This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €280,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:
• Apartment package (shared by residents) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

CLEANING
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.
