Please note: This is a self-contained apartment rented to one group under a single rental agreement. Therefore, the flatshare price is shown as €0, as the rent is not charged per room or per tenant. Instead, the total rent for the entire apartment is €2,850 per month, with a total security deposit of €4,000.

There are two spacious bedrooms between 10m2 to 12m2, one study room, very spacious living room and kitchen, dining area, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and self-controlled central heating, window covers, carpet, spotlights.

Maximum occupancy

The apartment has two bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of two residents. The additional rooms may not be used to accommodate extra residents. Contrary to the video of the apartment, there are two beds and matrasses in the apartment.

Subletting or allowing additional occupants is strictly prohibited.

SERVICES

The rental price includes furnishing.

Internet is not included.

Utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included. The apartment is very energy-efficient, with an A+ energy label.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 175,- includes:
