There are five spacious flatshares between 8m2 to 14m2, spacious living room and kitchen, dining area, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and self-controlled central heating, window covers, carpet, spotlights.

The apartment is located in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. City center within biking distance.
The public transportation is nearby like a metro station around the corner (approximately 500m). Shops and cafes within walking distance. Park within 1000m distance.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €280,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels.

CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 120,- includes:

Gas / Electricity / Water; Internet / Television; (Digital E-) SIM card / Telephone; Bank account; Moving; Insurance; Finding a Job

• General services:

Online service system (via QR code in apartment) to help with maintenance issues in your apartment; Office helpdesk; 24/7 emergency service

UTILITIES

The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.

Please note that due to regulatory requirements and in order to achieve a better energy label — which will result in lower living costs — the owner may wish to carry out improvement works during your tenancy.
