CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are EUR 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

RENOVATION DISCOUNT

A heating pump will be installed in Q3/Q4 of 2025. Until that has been done a discount on the rent will be offered of EUR 300 per month. So untill installation is finalized total rent will be EUR 2.899,23 instead of EUR 3.199,23 Please note that this heating pump will involve a outside unit being placed on the balcony on first floor and an inside unit being placed inside the house near the heating system on 3rd floor.
