A nice place around 'the kop van Zuid' between the Erasmusbrug and the Maastunnel, Rotterdam. Also a few minutes away by bike are shopping center Zuidplein, cinema Pathe De Kuip and the bars & restaurants of the areas of "Katendrecht" and "Kop van Zuid".
The location itself is really convenient, because you can reach the city center really fast, both by metro, tram or by bike.

CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

Tenant assistance fee of € 120,- includes:

UTILITIES

NORMALLY THE THE GAS & ELECTRICITY CONTRACT IS ON THE NAME OF THE TENANTS, BUT FOR THIS APARTMENT IT CAN ONLY BE ON THE NAME OF THE LANDLORD. PLEASE ANTICIPATE A MONTHLY FEE OF €100 ADDED TO THE RENTAL PRICE PER PERSON.
