Want a taste from abroad or to go exploring? The area is well known for it's international cafes and boutiques while being in a center of it's own, without being overwhelmed by the city. Just around the corner you can visit the popular Weimarstraat, or go explore the nearby famous Haagse Markt (The Hague Market). All the shops, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacies you need are within a 500m radius, with all necessities close by. For those looking to get into the city center, trams and buses stop around the corner taking you all over and to the main train station. Only a 15min bike ride to Westduinpark and the beach, this apartment ticks all the location boxes.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels.

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 175,- includes:

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning (will be charged at the end of your stay). If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

UTILITIES

The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
