Shops, banks & supermarkets are approximately 300m away, with a variety of both local and international goods. Park, amusement halls, shopping mall and cafes are within a 900m radius. Don't forget to check out the brewery and multiple foodhalls located at the nearby Katendrecht area.

NORMALLY THE THE GAS & ELECTRICITY CONTRACT IS ON THE NAME OF THE TENANTS, BUT FOR THIS APARTMENT IT CAN ONLY BE ON THE NAME OF THE LANDLORD. PLEASE ANTICIPATE A MONTHLY FEE OF €90 ADDED TO THE RENTAL PRICE PER PERSON.
