There are three spacious flatshares between 10m2 and 12 m2 average, living room, kitchen, a modern bathroom & toilet. The flatshares are all furnished and equipped with an electric system and self-controlled central heating, window covers, carpet, spotlights.

FOR THIS APARTMENT THE ELECTRICITY CONTRACT WILL BE ON NAME OF THE TENANTS. THE GAS CONTRACT IS ON THE NAME OF THE LANDLORD. PLEASE ANTICIPATE € 50,- IN TOTAL TO BE ADDED TO THE RENT OF THE APARTMENT.

There is a direct connection from the metrostop next to the apartment, towards Erasmus University/Hogeschool Rotterdam Kralingse Zoom. This same metro connection goes directly to other major stations in the city, like Blaak Station (market area), Beurs Station (city center) and Dijkzicht (hospital).

Cleaning
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.
