A completely new renovated 5-person flatshare house at Willem Baerdesenstraat, Amsterdam.

There are five flathares between 8m2 and 9m2, a modern, fully equiped kitchen, a spacious living room and a luxury bathroom with whirlpool.

LOCATION
The apartment is on the fifth floor (accessible by stairs or elevator) located in Geuzenveld-Slotermeer with many shops and two supermarkets nearby. There is a tram stops right in front of the building which will take you directly to the city centre. Different busses are within walking distance and will get you around the city easy and fast.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €280,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth)

• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels.

CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 120,- includes:

• General services:

UTILITIES

The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.

Please note that due to regulatory requirements and in order to achieve a better energy label — which will result in lower living costs — the owner may wish to carry out improvement works during your tenancy.
