advance payment of approximately €250,- per month as a group.

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired:

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 175,- includes:
