There are two spacious flatshares with both their own living area with table, chairs, and tv. There are a shared kitchen and a shared modern bathroom & toilet. LOCATION
The apartment is located in the South-Western part of Leiden. Leiden University is only 2,2km away from biking distance. The public transportation is nearby, with a bus station at 300m and a train station within biking distance. There is a big shopping center around the corner. Cafes and restaurants in the center of Leiden are 10 minutes away by bike.

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning (will be charged at the end of your stay). If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied. 

UTILITIES

The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
