The central location in relation to all amenities is ideal. 50 meters from the apartment is the lovely and lively Theresiastraat with a huge range of shops and many restaurants. The Hague Central Station is nearby and so is the rest of the public transportation. Trams, buses, and trains will get you around the city easy and fast, also the beach of Scheveningen is accessible with public transportation.

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of  €295,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired: 

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth) 

• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels. 

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 175,- includes: 

• Setting-up utilities and other services (if applicable):

• General services:

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning (will be charged at the end of your stay). If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied. 

UTILITIES

The rental price is excluding utilities, please anticipate € 120,- per person, per month for gas+electricity usage.
