Municipal taxes:                                                                                                                                                                                                    Your landlord rents out an accommodation and the taxes plus resident charges must be accounted for by the tenants, as they come from the Municipality and are addressed to any resident. However, the taxes relate to all of the tenants living in the apartment. Cleaning
Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied.
